The service
The cleaning and analysis applications are offered free of charge, as they are, without any guarantee of availability. They may change or stop. Imported data are deleted after the periods set out in the privacy policy.
Your data and your files
Your files stay yours. By importing a file, you confirm that you are allowed to process it, Scopus exports are subject to Elsevier's terms of use, and that it contains no sensitive personal data beyond bibliographic metadata.
API keys
Lookups run on your own keys and quotas (OpenAlex, GeoNames, Semantic Scholar…). You remain bound by the terms of those services.
Results
Bibliominer records every decision so that a cleaned corpus can be justified, but you remain responsible for checking the data and the results before publishing them. When you use it in a publication, please cite it.
Acceptable use
Do not try to access other users' data, to bypass the protections of the service, or to overload it with automated requests.
Licence and liability
The source code is distributed under the MIT licence. To the extent permitted by law, the authors are not liable for any loss arising from the use of the software or of its results.
